Here is another Barielle Swatch for Positive ZEN-ergy that I picked up while Barielle was on sale on Hautelook. I did purchase a lot of funky colors during that sale and kind of went into it blind because it was difficult to determine what the colors would look like in real life as opposed to just on the screen. This one was one of those colors that I was unsure about but took a chance on and boy am I glad! It's a very magical color, and I know magical sounds like a weird word to use in describing a nail polish but trust me it really is! It is a bit more opaque than what I was expecting but because I love the end result so much I cannot complain.

OPI - Meet Me On The Star Ferry

Here is another OPI color. This one I ended up getting off a friend of mine who was moving to France and needed to get rid of some of her polish and I think that this one was one of them. Originally I did not really think I was going to like it even though it looks gorgeous in the bottle but turns out that it looks amazing on the nails also! Warning - there are a lot of pictures because I have a not so amazing camera and because the beauty of this polish is very difficult to capture on film.

COLOR: A Kowloon-lit, moonlit violet - it looks like a rich sea of violet with shimmer and tiny sparkles running through it

Here is a new brand I am trying out. It's from a company called Julep and the Julep Maven Subscription Program. It's like Birchbox but for nails. I have gotten two boxes so far and am almost certain that I will be canceling my subscription due to all the drama that the company created over people getting their credits for referring people. Other than that I also am not a big fan of spending $20 dollars a month and the quality and the amount you get. Every month you get 2 - 8ml bottles of lacquer whereas I can 2 OPI bottles for the same price [if not less] and I get 15ml per bottle and much better higher quality. ANYWAYS! Let's get to the swatch!

This is a very popular OPI color and although I really like the color I'm not quite sure why this particular color is SO popular. It's beautiful, that's for certain but OPI just has so MANY other colors that are just better? [for lack of better word]

Here another beautiful OPI color that I love! I had bought this a while ago and had never tried actually put it on and tried it until now, and I really like it. Excuse the last of color on the edge of my thumb, I smudged it by accident while it was still wet. OPPSIES!

Sorry!!!! I do have to apologize for the lack of natural light photos. I had a super busy day at work and really wanted to get my first swatch up, also this is a color I've had for a while now and hadn't tried it out yet.

Hello everybody! 

Considering I just started this blog I am literally talking to myself! But hopefully with time the followers will come flocking! [I hope]  

So I love nail polish and doing fun and funky things to my nails [and by that I mean designs not anything kinky!] 

I will start the blog out with swatches of my collection so far, which is not that big relatively speaking considering some people's I have seen out there on the WWW and hopefully it will grow from there.
